Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Islamabad, allowing a mix of in-office and remote work (3 days onsite 2 days WFH) with job timings 10pm-7pm PKT. As a Jr. Creative Designer, you will participate in the creation of graphics, reels, video editing, branding materials, and digital or print designs aligned with client objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing impactful creative assets, collaborating with the marketing team, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, and contributing to web design and visual storytelling. The role requires attention to detail, innovative thinking, and a strong sense of design aesthetics.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Creative Design, Reels, & out of the box aesthetic visuals.

Strong knowledge of Branding and the ability to create cohesive visual identities

Experience in Social Media Posts, Carousel, Web Design, including user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles

Familiarity with design software, such as Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams

Keen attention to detail and the capability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferable

MUST have worked in a marketing or creative agency

Motivation to work and come up with intriguing visual mood boards & design concepts

Salary Range; 70,000-75,000 PKR
