We're hiring. But not the usual way.

We're running a 6-week paid Design Accelerator — open to graphic designers and video editors who are hungry, coachable, and ready to prove themselves.

This isn't a job posting. This is an opportunity to earn one.

This Is For You If:

• You're early in your career — or haven't been given a real chance yet

• You're a recent graduate, self-taught, or have 0–2 years experience

• You learn fast and take feedback without ego

• You care about design fundamentals — not just tools and templates

• You want to work with a U.S.-based company: fully remote, 4-day work week

This Is NOT For You If:

• You expect senior-level pay without senior-level proof

• You work slowly or need constant hand-holding

• You get defensive when given direct feedback

• You think years of experience = skill

How It Works

Duration: 6 weeks

Format: Remote, structured sessions

Two parallel tracks: Graphic Design and Video Editing

Each task follows this rhythm:

• 10–20 min instruction — we teach

• 2–4 hour execution window — you deliver

• Live review + feedback — no hiding

You'll complete real design tasks. Your best work gets used — social media, client projects, marketing campaigns.

What You'll Learn

This isn't theory. This is execution.

• Design fundamentals that actually matter (layout, typography, hierarchy, color)

• How to create clean, professional work — fast

• Reading a brief and delivering what was actually asked

• Designing for clarity, not decoration

• Speed and efficiency — because slow doesn't ship

• How to receive direct feedback and apply it immediately

• Real production tasks: social media, documents, slides, campaigns

• Working within deadlines and scope — not just doing your best, but doing what fits

• Communicating design decisions clearly — written and verbal

• Accessibility and inclusive design — color contrast, readable typography, designs that work for everyone (this is a non-negotiable for our clients)

• AI tools — how to use them as accelerators, not replacements

• What it actually takes to work with a U.S.-based company

By the end, you won't just know how to design. You'll know how to deliver.

Performance-Based Structure

This is pass/fail.

• Weekly evaluations

• Underperformers are removed throughout

• Top performers continue — and get hired

Not everyone finishes. Not everyone gets hired.

Compensation

Paid stipend during the 6-week training

Full-time offers for top performers at PKR 40,000–80,000/month, with clear growth into mid-level range based on performance

Benefits: 4-day work week, fully remote, U.S. + Pakistan holidays observed

We pay market rates. We don't play games with numbers.

Working Hours

This is a U.S.-based company. Working hours are aligned with U.S. operations:

1:00 PM – 12:00 AM PKT (Pakistan time), Monday–Thursday

Fridays off — 4-day work week
